Can anyone suggest the best game development books? I'm not interested in language specific books. I'm interested in learning more about leveraging MVC to build games. Please share your suggestions.

The Timeless Way of Building

Just borrowed Christopher Alexander's "The Timeless Way of Building" from the library. Flipped through the book on the walk back to work. It looks great. I like the author's suggestions on the best method to read the book: read all the headlines. I'm excited about giving a presentation at the iphone meetup on the 29th.

I'll definitely keep you posted, David! Hey, I really like the "Making Mathogen" screenshot history. Reminds me of all the random notes and scribbles I end up with while developing. Of course I'm a lot more boring though since it's usually on yellow pads. The crumpled pieces of paper you have are classic -- you need to save those for sure.
