What must a gaijin videogame developer absolutely see in Japan?

What must a gaijin videogame developer absolutely see in Japan? I'll be in Tokyo from May 12 - 24 (first time) and I'd like to visit videogame studios while I'm there. Any Techhuians have connections to get me a studio visit? Any leads would be helpful. I'm especially interested in visiting Q-Games -- makers of the Pixel Junk series. Honestly, any studio tour would be helpful.

Please share your experiences and insights with me. I'd like to make the most of my trip. I want to immerse myself in the videogame culture and come back to Hawaii with a head full of new ideas to start on new projects and get better at what I love.
