SEPTEMBER INVENTION DISCUSSION GROUP
Thursday, September 27th
7 pm
The Pacific Club
1451 Queen Emma Street
Honolulu, HI
WHAT IT IS
The Hawaii Inventors Club offers a special service to its members, which is separate from the monthly meetings. It's an opportunity to get together with a small group of fellow inventors to openly discuss your, or a fellow member's, particular invention. The idea is that we all need feedback on our inventions and can benefit from the experience of other inventors. Besides, it's just plain fun talking about our inventions.
The usual monthly meetings host a lot of great speakers and provided lots of valuable information about the overall invention process. This Invention Discussion Group allows members to discuss their own specific inventions and get advice specific to their unique issues and concerns.
HOW IT WORKS
Each person who attends an Invention Discussion Group meeting is welcome to present your own invention or to participate in the discussion of other members' inventions, with the objective of providing helpful feedback and advice.

YOUR PRESENTATION
If you plan to present your invention at the meeting please note that it need not be elaborate, perfected, or polished. It could be just a verbal description of what you have in mind. If you have a prototype, show it. If you have drawings or charts or pictures, bring them. The objective is to provide enough information about it so that the other members can understand it and hopefully offer helpful advice.
WHERE
The meetings are held at The Pacific Club. 1451 Queen Emma Street, Honolulu, HI.
We meet at the tables under the large cabana by the pool. There is no dress code enforced in this area of the club, so casual dress is fine. There will be water, peanuts & chips at no cost (provided by our Vice President, Kathy Custer).

Getting to the pool area is easy. Enter on the cement walking path to the right of the club main building, that goes alongside the paddle courts. The path will lead you to the pool cabana where we will be meeting.
Please arrive promptly for the start of the meeting. See the map at the end of this email.

MAP

Click http://g.co/maps/zwrab for larger map or directions.
Enter from Queen Emma Street. On the right of the main building, to the left of the tennis courts, follow the sidewalk to the back of the facility, to the swimming pool area. You'll find us in the courtyard at the back of the pool.
