Our practice is largely focused on providing project management support for partner firms, and on assisting clients in modernizing their own, internal software development practices. We use custom-designed on-line learning on the v257 Virtual Academy to educate partners and clients.

About Me:
Throughout my career, I have looked for ways to build effective teams, primarily in the collaborative development of application software that shapes the way we live and work. I think of myself more as a developmental anthropologist than a computer scientist. I think of applications as means to advance human organization by integrating automated solutions with human behavior in an Emergent Digital Hybrid Culture.

I worked in state and local government for most of my career. I was the Chief Information Officer for five separate New York State agencies. I'm now Principal Consultant for v257 LLC, a privately owned company.

Celebrating...

Where to work

We work on long distance projects from home offices. We should have invested in solar years ago. Now Hawaii Electric is telling us we'll have no power as they replace telephone poles in our area. We're scrambling to find a place with access to the Internet from where we can participate in Skype and GoToMeeting scrums. Any ideas?
