A hui ho kakou:
Our app, Beat the Cooler®, made it to the Holiday Gift Issue of ESPN magazine. On page 34, you can read about our Maui-made application. There exists a link on our website at http://www.lakeplaceproductions.com describing our application.
If you are interested in working for our company, Maui's first and only Made in Maui video game company, send a note.
If not, BRING IT, our lawyers are bored. (just to keep the virtual reality shooter guy programmers interested).
Ken: we can handle your Blackberry port in less than a month...

Hey all, I'm teaching a mobile programming course at HPU in the Spring. Will focus on iPhone and Android. Here's the link to sign up for single courses at HPU if you're not already enrolled there: http://www.hpu.edu/index.cfm?contentID=373 Check out my poster:
Anyone else going to the Apple WWDC dev fest in San Fran coming up June 8-12 to get the scoop on iPhone OS 3.0? I actually haven't had time to play with it yet so it might be like drinking from a fire hose but the new features definitely need to be checked out...
I'm looking for a contractor to evaluate porting our application to a mobile environment. It is written in C, but is CPU and memory intensive and has other special needs. I need someone with a lot of expertise in the phone environment to help us evaluate which phone OS to use, to do a test port and to evaluate the results.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you are interest.
Ken
