Hi Makoto,

If you are not already an HPU student then you need to register as a special status student. This page has information about special status at HPU:

http://www.hpu.edu/index.cfm?contentID=373

and there is an application form linked to on that page:

http://www.hpu.edu/images/Admissions/PDFs_Documents/Special_Status_...

Registration is a one off fee of $220, and I will have to check the cost of the individual classes.  I'll come back to  you on that ASAP.

If anyone's interested I'm teaching in an online mobile programming course at HPU again this Spring. Here's the blurb and check out the poster:

CSCI 4702 Mobile Programming Spring 2011

Want to get your applications running on iPad, iPhone or Google Android? Take CSCI 4702 Mobile Programming and get hands on experience developing for each, learning the pros and cons of the different development environments: XCode and Eclipse; as well as the underlying programming languages ObjectiveC and Java. No experience of C or Objective C assumed, we'll get you up and programming on the iPhone/iPad within the first couple of weeks. Some Java experience assumed, so you can kick Android apps immediately. Instructor will help students publish their final project apps in the Apple app store and Google Android Marketplace.

You can take this course even if not an HPU student: http://www.hpu.edu/index.cfm?contentID=373

iPad programming style

I wrote the first book in Japan written about iPad programming, "iPad programming style".
Sorry it is all written in Japanese. But with a lot of photos and source code, you can get the idea.

Very nice, I downloaded the app today. I like the photo gallery the best I think. Great work.

Hi Gus,
Yes that's my work. It is very simple so far, we have a lot more to do with this app. Please stay tuned. :-)
