Ray- I am likewise interested.  Would you mind if I posted to the Maui Makers group as well being that there is a machine shop?  Perhaps that can be another tour if possible as it may push the threshold over your 15 count.

Would there be a group -- like 15 -- interested in a tour in the future of the new UH Maui College Science Building?  The new Science Building will be a state-of-the-art LEED-certified facility with various labs (marine sciences, optics, physiology, biology, physics, microbiology), and Maui's first dedicated "teaching observatory" (an independent building), plus machine shop.

It has been a LONG time since we had a Maui Techies gathering.  I suggest we have one the last week of feb or early march. That gives us a few weeks to find a good location (Ben Ward/Garrett/Crystal you listening?) and get the word out.

OMG - here's another idiotic bill by Kimberly Pine and Mizuno.  They both need to be shown to be the clowns and idiots they are for using their legislative positions to pursue private vendettas against Kimberly Pine's website designer (who claims that due to her nonpayment for her website, that it has been found that he is, indeed, the owner of it)  http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/measure_indiv.aspx?billtype=HB&bi...

Folks - both Pine and Mizuno deserve every mocking website that I suspect will be created about them.
