Jerome, thanks for organizing the LUG -- we really needed it, imo. Good work taking the initiative.

Hi Jerome,

All I need on-site is a projector that takes DVI or VGA in.

I'm not too concerned about the turnout, as it is an "Introduction to Fedora", with LAMP Stacks as a sub-point of the presentation. I'm guessing most people are familiar with Linux, and don't need a hand-holding intro.

I was saving this as a "bonus", but I was planning on showing how well Mobi's Hele Wireless USB can work nicely ("plug n' play") with NetworkManager. (Plus, it's a Flash Disk, so I also keep encrypted SSH Keys on it..)

This is something I created and refined specifically for Fedora laptops. Mobi already distributes primitive "Linux Tools" for Ubuntu, but a manually-started PPP script is sooo primitive. Using NetworkManager for Laptops is a huge step up.

Anyways -- are there further sessions scheduled for the Linux User Group? Maybe there needs to be Pizza or Pupus involved to improve the turnout?
