I'm a huge fan of geolocation services. I have an entire page of apps on my iPhone dedicated to them.

On the Gowalla v. Foursquare debate, there's my long blog post from a while back:

I use Gowalla, Loopt and Brightkite.
Still trying to decide which I like best. Currently Gowalla gets most of my attention.

Foursquare was not suitable for Maui when I first tried it out and I didn't like the game like aspect of it

I also use MyTown which they claim is the fastest growing one right now.

I definitely prefer Gowalla, but Foursquare has most of the buzz. I still use BrightKite and threw Whrrl into the mix. And Yelp does checkins, and Loopt is still kicking, and there's Google Latitude supposedly getting new features soon. I'm in the beta for Burbn, which is a mobile web app, and there's Rally app and MyTown and ... the list goes on and on!

Has anyone installed Check.In yet? I have been waiting for the invite code, written by the BrightKite guys which allows you to check into all your accounts at once.

I use Check.in! It works on Gowalla, Foursquare, BrightKite and Whrrl. It's built by BrightKite. And the Gowalla support is entirely a hack and I suspect could be cut off at any time. They want to add more services, but it requires more support or an API from those other services.
