The chart shows the average salary for C# developers at about $70K per year with Java developers trailing by about $10K. It also shows the annual increase in average salary from 2007 to 2008 for C# developers being many times that of any other language. One important thing to note when discussing Japanese developer or PM salaries is that people in Tokyo make considerably more (50%+) than their counterparts in smaller towns. The same is true in the US if you look at New York versus the rural Midwest or Hawaii.
