We request your testimony in support for Senate Bill 2832 SD2, Relating to High Technology, which allows HTDC to provide Hawaii matching grants to federal SBIR Phase II and Phase III awards. The current program, only allows for Phase I match. As you know, funding these additional phases of SBIR grants will greatly enhance your company's ability to move into commercialization.
The Senate Economic Development & Business committee has scheduled a hearing on Friday 3/14 at 9:00AM in the State Capitol Conference room 312.
