I'm a principal-level user experience architect working freelance gigs remotely from Kauai. I travel as needed, do design work, heuristic evals, cognitive walkthroughs, full-spectrum user testing, primary and secondary research. I've worked for big corps, dotcoms, internal think tanks doing strategy and innovation.
