Aloha All,I just launched a new website and social network called "Art In Films".http://www.artinfilms.comI created it to showcase the art you see in films that enhance the scene or are just in the background.I'd love to get some Hawaii artists to join my network and showcase any work they may have in films. Big screen or Small. Blockbuster movies, independent, foreign films or locally produced shows like Hawaii Five-O. A painting or photograph in a scene…See More

Looking for serious partners and investors for workhui.com

Looking for serious partners and investors for workhui.comThis is a website like monster.com but for the casual worker... peoplewho don't have a "resume" but work in the service or constructionindustry. (and many other areas)I envision a nationwide network that connects people with real workethics and skills to post their desire to work with people who arelooking for workers in these types of categories. Outside of craigslistwhich has become bloated with spam and scammers. In this…See More

Hi Liz

The Internet Cafe was located at 611 N. King Street.

we had 15,000 people through the front door in the first 5 months open. you can read about it here.

http://www.hawaiianhope.org/Projects.asp

Unfortunately we were forced to close it. city council reclassified the kalihi area and the property taxes went up $50,000.  the landlord kicked out all of the non profits in the building.

By the way, you might like the other projects we do.  We recycle doanted computers.  To date we have refurbished and given away over 600 donated computers. we currently have 800 in stock.
