- Hi, I lead a management consulting firm that helps firms acquire and retain customers. We advise firms on marketing automation, customer performance initiatives, go-to-marketing strategies and business process improvement. Previously, I was Senior Vice President at Direct Alliance Corporation, a leading business process outsourcer in Tempe, AZ. In this role I was an executive member of the IT Steering, Product Management and Operations Committees. I was responsible for worldwide marketing and had P&L responsibility for clients in software, services and office automation. Responsbilities included sales, marketing, product management, business intelligence, financial services and order-to-cash processes. I have developed and executed go-to-market strategies for clients in a variety of industies including: magazine publishing, software, personal computers, consumer electronics, IT services, printers, currency exchange services, printing and telecom. I've managed software engineering and deveopment teams in the U.S. and Japan. We are very interested in developing new client relationships in Hawaii. I am a former plantation worker on Lanai.
