- Hi, I lead a management consulting firm that helps firms acquire and retain customers. We advise and do implementation work for firms on marketing automation, customer performance initiatives, go-to-marketing strategies and business process improvement. Recent work has included design and implementation of "drip marketing" solutions using Salesforce.com, ExactTarget and Marketo.
Previously, I was Senior Vice President at Direct Alliance Corporation, a leading business process outsourcer in Tempe, AZ. In this role I was an executive member of the IT Steering, Product Management and Operations Committees. I was responsible for worldwide marketing and had P&L responsibility for clients in software, services and office automation. Responsibilities included sales, marketing, product management, business intelligence, financial services and order-to-cash processes. I have been an infrequent contributor to TechHui. Part of this may be because I live on the mainland...
However, as I've scanned the site this morning looking for information discussions on Salesforce.com, ExactTarget, ZoomInfo and other web centric application platforms I am struck by the absence of these platforms.
