About Me:
Hi, I lead a management consulting firm that helps firms acquire and retain customers. We advise and do implementation work for firms on marketing automation, customer performance initiatives, go-to-marketing strategies and business process improvement. Recent work has included design and implementation of "drip marketing" solutions using, ExactTarget and Marketo.

Previously, I was Senior Vice President at Direct Alliance Corporation, a leading business process outsourcer in Tempe, AZ. In this role I was an executive member of the IT Steering, Product Management and Operations Committees. I was responsible for worldwide marketing and had P&L responsibility for clients in software, services and office automation. Responsibilities included sales, marketing, product management, business intelligence, financial services and order-to-cash processes. I have developed and executed go-to-market strategies for clients in a variety of industries including: magazine publishing, software, personal computers, consumer electronics, IT services, printers, currency exchange services, printing and telecom. I've managed software engineering and development teams in the U.S. and Japan.

I am a former plantation worker on Lanai.
