Sorry been out of touch lately... I am a full time computer tech shop and system administrator by day of my own tech company.  But lately in the evenings I been working learning Internet Marketing technology and Hawaii tech group really need to take some lessons on how this new biz model is booming on the world scene.  There is really an industry being formed out of this... I know I hate spamming, but the future is email marketing and I see more demand on email marketing software to expand. Especially with features or services that allow to have built in analytics and data mining list building capabilities.  We are going to see explosion of advertisment capabilities in many set-tops and tab-computing in all forms.. especially in social media and flash advertisments. I calling it "Smart Ads" technology is being used to track, re-target, and re-list  business opportunities to both publishers and affiliate marketers.   I am learning and testing my own affiliate products and e-books, etc. and I conclude that there is untapped money opportunities out there on the Internet in multitude of niches that can take the success pages from the traffic guru's play books and get a piece of the online money stream.  Formula?  Traffic = Money  and marketing formula is  "Smart Branding" into your niche = Membership or Social media sites = List of raving fanatics = long term success     Money is an Email away!

Awesome to see a group here on Internet Marketing.  I have been studying this for about a year now and since just last month I am starting to see success, actually my first $344 in one day sale!!  Ok... Im a slow learner... but I really had to sift through a lot of regurgitated Internet Marketing garbage and spend couple hundreds of dollars to get to a good point of how to start and how to focus on really making the "real" Internet Marketing effective especially in todays market, or if possible local markets.  Just started to put together a Hawaii Tech Opportunities blogs of some of my views and tips for those that venture into Internet Marketing industry.  http://hawaiitech.com

We're planning to launch the Oahu branch of the Internet Marketing Association of Hawaii on Friday, July 8 with a series of free local search marketing workshops and I'm looking for meeting space. Can anyone suggest a location that would consider hosting our program for up to 60 people for free?  Thanks for your help.

I've just made an agreement with a local corporate event producer to implement an on-line marketing strategy to draw in local (Oahu) businesses who have not yet planned their holiday parties. I have an overall strategy in mind, yet am seeking some specifics: anyone have any tips on where to resource any local business lists or business group websites where I can offer the service opportunity?
