Event Description

With over 10 years of experience in mobile, Charles Du has expertise in app design, entrepreneurship, and education technology. Prior to Apple, Charles spearheaded many successful education efforts at NASA, including the design and implementation of NASA's first iPhone app leading to over 2 millions downloads. Subsequently, he helped Singularity University infuse disruptive learning technologies and cofounded multiple mobile startup companies ranging from location-based, real-time commerce to on-demand, peer-to-peer transportation. Charles' presentation will be geared towards the students of Hawai‘i who are interested in mobile development.

Anze, thanks for the update!  Glad to know people will have a second chance to see Du's awesome presentation.

I've already e-mailed my web designer and programmer friends about it.  They're excited to go!

Marcus, I agree. I just heard about it this morning when I met Charles so I posted it right away. It's not even my event but I thought Tech Hui folks would be interested. Not only does Charles have amazing credentials, he's very personable and engaging. A "talk story" venue is perfect for him. He'll be back in Hawaii for an event we're sponsoring for educators. Maybe we can get him to do other presentations.
