João Ribas is the curator of the MIT List Visual Arts Center.

Just as MIT pushes at the frontiers of scientific inquiry, it is the mission of the List Visual Arts Center, located on the campus of MIT, to explore challenging, intellectually inquisitive, contemporary art making in all media. In this special presentation at R&D, A widely published and internationally renowned curator, Joao Ribas, will share a multi-media presentation on his work at MIT, including a new project exploring speculative forms of science and realism.
