I've been very active in setting up quality systems and doing business process improvements since 1983. Although I spent most of my career focused on medical device product development, I have consulted in a number of industries and have found the problems to be almost identical. My consulting business is focused on helping companies make substantial improvements in execution performance by putting practical, useful processes in place.
