Thanks for your info. I am not a localization specialist but have been involved in internationalization (i18n) and localization (L10n), and do some Asian language localizaiton - esp. Japanese. Will check the links.
Just relocated back to Boston, and not really making or planning to visit my beloved islands for a while - except virtually.
