Robert Puckett was a graduate student at the Department of Information and Computer Sciences, University of Hawai`i at Manoa. He has a PhD in Computer Science, a MS in Computer Science, a BS in Computer Science, and a BA in Mathematics. Robert's PhD project involved a multi-agent simulation of HIV transmission in a MSM community for the purpose of investigating concurrency as a driving factor of HIV epidemics. Robert's masters project involves a particle-based agent simulation of crowd behavior during a tsunami evacuation of Waikiki. Dr. Nancy Reed is his adviser. His main computational interests include multi-agent systems, artificial intelligence, location-based services, and database design.
E komo mai Robert! We hope you had a nice weekend. Your tsunami evacuation simulation project sounds very interesting.
