Rick piloting the Sea Shadow with extended navigation module, note side scan sonar slots on sides of rear module. The GPS gets a signal when the antenna just breaks the sufrace for a few seconds and calibrates position viewable on a chart in one of the mini monitors. Then the Doppler Velocity Log and navagation program track submerged route. Forward scan sonar and side scan sonar are displayed on the 2nd mini monitor.
