I have several projects in the pipeline that call for Drupal. Some have custom integations with property management apps like Escapia, others are theming from Photoshop files.

Matt, I'm open to working with you on custom functionality and integration. We have enabled Google map integration, custom content types and views, five-star rating, e-commerce, Facebook integration, aggregator, panels, advanced user profiles, calendars/courses/events/tickets, and conversions from one CMS to another.

For the themer, I recommend Anjali Puri AT gmail - she is on Oahu and is very good at clean, standards-compliant CSS.
