Aloha Everyone! I'm at UHM and have developed a CMS in D6 w/the help of a couple of undergraduate students at UHH.
Our Center is one of 13 nationally . Recently we formed a collaborative effort to standardized the CMS we've developed to be utilized by other EPSCoR jurisdictions (right now it is very HI-centric). Currently the group is comprised of 6 states: HI, AK, NM, UT, NH - others are watching. We've been in the collaboration since 3/12. Our first rollout is 10/12 at NH.
We currently have undergraduate 2 students on our HI team, but they will be graduating soon and we're looking for replacements. Ideally we'd like overlap so the new developer can utilize the expertise and knowledge of the current team. Requirements = students at UH or Chaminade, PHP, none/little up to some D experience (we consider this a teaching opportunity). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain rapid experience in D7, working in a collaborative atmosphere, travel, on a large nationally recognized project. It really doesn't get any better than this!
Aloha,
dk
