Yup. That bit of code is deployed to about 13,000 desktops computers on 6 continents. That is probably the ugliest that I've seen, but there are some others that are almost equally as bad. One of my other anti-favorites is the 31 parameter method. This is not 'my' project but I wrote a lot of web services that it uses so I usually get called on to work in it when there's a need for server interaction. After a couple of days of wading around in that mess I get REALLY cranky.
