Seeking Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Position: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Work on enterprise application projects with technical and business unit team members to perform systems analysis, develop use and test cases and perform quality assurance testing for development and changes to applications to determine if they meet the requirements
as defined by the applications Business Owner

Qualifications / Experience:
* Develop test cases and test scripts for the applications
* Work with business unit, technical team members to perform systems analysis, develop use cases and plans for application testing and overall test management
* Communicate with Business Owners and developers to insure test results meet business needs
* Review application requirements for thoroughness and overall feasibility
* Participate in organizational initiatives with various teams coordinating and providing application testing advice and assistance
* Work independently and manage certain tasks with minimal supervision
* Demonstrate innovation and creativity in solving problems and in working logically, and attention to detail, timeliness and ability to multi-task

Technical Qualifications:
* Experience with mainframe, open system and Web application based quality assurance and test management
* Working knowledge of quality assurance testing software tools
* Demonstrate knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures (COBIT and ITIL), including IT Change Management, Software/Systems Development Life Cycle for systems development
* Knowledge of use case development to creating functional and technical designs
* Knowledge of mainframe and personal computer hardware and software components
* Knowledge of Web based applications including integrated database management applications
* Communication skills in system and process design, test engineering, and application development

Additional Qualifications Preferred:
* 5+ years experience as a Quality Assurance, Test Management or Analyst for IT applications
and/or systems
* 1 - 2 years post-high school education, and/or equivalent work experience
* Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
* Excellent customer service delivery
