Looking for a programmer/web developer for online vocational assessment project

We are a non-profit that works with clients who are transitioning from the prison system and integrating back into society. One of the areas we assist our clients with is finding a job. To do this we have created a vocational assessment that we want to convert to an online version. We already have a website so we need a programmer to create the online version that can score the assessment and put the results in the assessment format with a narrative that can be used by our job developer to help match our clients to their vocational interests and make an appropriate job match.
