Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst

Ikayzo Inc., a Honolulu and Tokyo-based boutique software development and interactive design agency, is looking for an experienced project manager / business analyst keen on executing engaging web, mobile and software development projects in fields including finance, hospitality and social media / web 2.0.

Successful applicants will have:

1. 4+ years of software or web project management and business analysis experience, with strong understanding of best practices in these areas. External client-facing experience is required.
2. Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget.
3. Experience with agile software development methodology
4. Familiarity with best practices in UX research, usability and user-centered information architecture -- on Web and mobile platforms.
5. A passion for driving web and software development initiatives through the entire product life cycle and the ability to work in a flexible, proactive and responsive manner.
6. A BA/BSc degree.

Nice-to-haves:

1. A background in software development and/or interactive design
2. Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese
