Finding Dev Work on Neighbor Islands

Does anyone here have a feeling for how hard it is for java developers and web designers to find work on Maui or the Big Island?

Lately there has been a lot of hiring on Maui by Akimeka. They've landed some large contracts and have been hiring.

If you are a Java developer looking for work give them a call.
