:-) True. They don't have the toothy smile right. In fact, the smile is what gives her away as being CG. Its strange they would get her eyes and hair perfect but not her teeth and lips. Maybe we are actually looking at some kind of stitched photos with only the smile being CG.
Are you sure this is CGI and not a scanned image of a woman, albeit multiple scans to get it in 3D?

Notice her shoulders. They go up and down a bit. She's breathing! Do you think the CGI programmers thought of including breathing actions as well?
It starts with a photo, but all the motion, facial expressions, etc. are CG.
