Event Description

Course

This is a Ruby on Rails event. The focus will be on developing functional web apps and programming in Ruby. You can find all the curriculum materials at docs.railsbridge.org.

Workshop Description

This course is for Women of any level that are interested in learning Ruby on Rails. Men that wish to attend must be the guest of one of the women.

Transportation and Parking

There will be limited parking available in Iolani's parking structure. We encourage people to take TheBus, bike, and carpool if possible.


Food and Drinks

A bento lunch will be provided. Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the event.


Childcare

Childcare will be available with a special Maker Track of activities. Children should be potty-trained. If not, please make a note and we will try to accommodate you and your child. Cutoff for childcare signups will be Sep 20.
