Event Description

The Road to IPO event featuring NASDAQ presents a unique opportunity to Hawaii Entrepreneurs.The event is designed to support the local tech & entrepreneurial community in two ways:

1. NASDAQ OMX IPO Workshop

2. Hawaii Entrepreneur Pitch Competition

First, NASDAQ OMX will hold an IPO workshop to highlight recent trends and things entrepreneurs should consider when taking a company public.

Second, Entrepreneurs in Hawaii can participate in the Hawaii Entrepreneur Pitch Competition where there will be a coaching round, a pitch round in front of local investors and a final pitch round with NASDAQ representatives. The winning company will get a trip to Silicon Valley to network, pitch to investors and attend VC related events/conferences.
