Hello everyone,

It has been a while since I have emailed you concerning having an IEEE meeting on Maui. Plans are now in place for a lunchtime meeting on Friday, November 14, at Stella Blues in Kihei. We will have a technical presentation and time after for discussion and meeting folks.

Here is the info from the October IEEE newsletter:

1. *($5) IEEE Hawaii Section Meeting on Maui, Stella Blue's Café in Kihei, Friday 11/14. 11:30am for lunch.

The Hawaii Section will be meeting on Maui this month at the Stella Blue's Cafe, 1279 South Kihei Road, Azeka's II Shopping Center, Kihei, HI 96753 (808) 874-3779. Please RSVP to Chancy Hopper at schulteck@yahoo.com. Officers of the Hawaii section will also be attending.


Joe Ritter of the UH Institute for Astronomy will be speaking on a topic in Electro-Optics Design. This is an open meeting. You need not be a member to attend.
