@Marcus - sure!

 

I am hoping to have a good response from both novices and professionals.  Myself an intermediate, I am sure I can help you get upgraded.  9.10 is oooold now, and not even a long-term-support version, time to upgrade ;)

I've been looking for something like this!  Confession: I'm still using Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala, just because I finally got everything to work.  Been too scared to upgrade.

 

Can we get troubleshooting help on site?  In the past, when I've upgraded, I lost video and audio capability, wireless Internet, and other problems.
