Event Description

Patented technology, trademarked brands, copyrighted artwork, software and media, known as "intellectual property", are intangible assets that provide the advantages of exclusivity and/or ownership in your business.

This 12-week program, designed for general legal practitioners and business owners/leaders in the innovation and technology industries, is brought to you in partnership with the Intellectual Property and Technology Law (IPTL) Section Board. Experienced speakers from the IPTL Section Board will provide you with an overview of management guidelines for, and practical tips on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and publicity rights protections and other related intellectual property topics.
