I really like this movie as it brings me back to the basics, which I think is very applicable to software industry or tech sector in general. Sometimes it is really easy to get lost in a variety of tools out there, which could make your program or invention 'too slow' or 'too complicated'.. Before using any tool, I always like to remember the good old 'do it yourself' approach.. A number of movies with Anthony Hopkins are generally inclined to emphasize this point. This scene is particularly interesting in this regard.
