I think that robotic marine life is pretty cool, and can have a lot of useful applications, such as keeping our oceans healthy and clean. On the other hand, scientists need to make sure that introduction of 'robotic' species into oceanic ecosystem is as transparent as possible, having least possible interference with carbon life forms.
