This could be very much applicable here in Hawaii. I see a couple of wins for the Real Estate/Hotels industry:
- rotating floors provide 360 arial view, hence greatly increasing customer satisfaction
- reflective appearance and dynamic shape fits well with natural surroundings, increasing real estate value, general city aesthetics, etc..
- faster construction means less time for 'construction' fences in prime real estates and faster occupancy.
- somehow it also provides for parking, which is actually pretty amazing to live on some 'high' floor and have your vehicle right next door :)
Would not mind, some day, to try living in one of these buildings.. Wondering how long before these start appearing around in major cities..
