Dear Mr. Leuck :
We packaged up two "High Tech MIT Bunny Letter Openers" for you in a shipping container. We included several sample letters for opening to provide a full demonstration. Unfortunately, by the time we reached the freight department and they ran the package through X ray to check for contraband, we noticed that the package now contained 2 Large letter openers, a nest (made up of the former sample letters) and 10 smaller versions of the letter openers. We calculate that by the time you receive the package, you should have approximately 258 fully functional letter openers. We hope that you understand and consider this "quality customers service" that we deliver more than you expect.
