Spicy network of NanoScience, Nanopaprika.eu - The International NanoScience Community started life in November 2007 and, today, counts more than 650 members. It is a virtual meeting point for researchers, industrial partners and students from more than 50 countries, and covers some 20 thematic groups (nanotoxicity, nanomedicine, nanoeducation,…). We have a few companies doing nanotech in Hawaii. There are several TechHui members from Oceanit, a company that is developing nanotech materials to strengthen body and vehicle armor. Their senior nanotechnology engineer is Vinod Veedu. Ian Kitajima handles the business side.
