Tara is a digital communications professional and entrepreneur and Hawaii technology advocate.
She specializes in helping companies identify and integrate today’s digital marketing and communication strategies into marketing, PR and customer service.
Tara is also a well-known trainer for social media. She advises Pacific New Media, part of the University of Hawaii, on their social media certificate program and teaches several classes there each semester. She also develops custom training programs for organizations based on their needs and regularly speaks at local organizations about social media and marketing.
As the first elected Social Media Club Hawaii (SMCHI) Chapter President, Tara has also developed a reputation as leader among her peers. Having served for two elected terms, Tara remains active on the Board of Directors.
As a supporter of innovation,she is a Code for America Brigade member and she has served as the communication chair for Hawaii Innovation Alliance and a volunteer for TedX Honolulu.
As a business owner and marketing strategist, Tara thrives on the opportunity to combine the creativity available to businesses of all sizes with the necessity of measuring success for her clients.
