- I value experience more than just about anything. In the past several years I have been a firefighter, youth mentor, Fair Trade educator and Fair Trade inspector. I have also traveled to numerous countries. The point however is not the accomplishments, the point is the experience. Every day I look for ways I can help other people. This is the key to creating great experience. I view my past as a design template for my future accomplishments.
