The University of Hawaii (College of Engineering's Department of Electrical Engineering and Department of Information and Computer Sciences) and High Technology Development Corporation (HTDC) have partnered to host the September networking event for local software developers.

This networking event is free and only open to software developers (including professors/instructors in the field, as well as students studying software development).
