Can you share a little bit of why and save us lazy folks the headache inducement of making sense of the bill?

Sorry for the delay, the bill basically removes all tax credits--not just tech but EVERYWHERE.

I think increasing taxes and removing investment incentives is just the right response to an economic downturn and an increased need for diversification, don't you? (jeez)
