Oh Noes! _why The Lucky Stiff has gone missing?
The blogosphere is abuzz this morning about _why's apparent disappearance from Twitter, along with the deletion of his GitHub account and other online sites:

I seriously hope _why was merely hacked. Otherwise, I hope he's alive and well, and not on a self-destructive path. :-(

It's been an interesting day as a Ruby coder thus far, as speculations run wild, and others are posting online eulogies.
Personally, I'm really amazed at how quickly the Ruby Community has established a GitHub mirror of his major projects:

Still, there's a nagging thought in the back of my mind that wonders if _why got hired by EngineYard, and is doing this as a publicity stunt..
