PHP on IIS 5.1

Aloha All,

Recently, I tried to set up new installed XP with IIS and PHP.  IIS works great, however I can't make that particular machine to be able to run PHP.  every time I go to the site, localhost, it shows the 500 internal server error.  Any thought or suggestion where should I go next?
