Regarding what Susan said, if we present it to UHMC and can tie it into education, UHMC is agreeable from my past experiences.  

I was Pres. of Toastmasters and we had to move from an old space.  One call to Clyde, framing the goal properly, he put me in touch with the speech teacher and we had a space that is still being used weekly to this day.  UHMC students are often vistors to the meeting so it benefits everyone.
