video index

Speaking of interviews and presentations in audio and video format, the TED video player (in Flash) has a nice GUI to index and jump to interesting parts of a video. Just mouse over the video window, and content buttons appear over the progress slider. Mouse over a button for a tool tip, or click to jump to that part. Of course, you can drag the slider around too. Here's an example.

The video itself is interesting too, about a multi-touch GUI. But it's from 2 years ago, so not that radical since the iPhone.
