Air + GWT

AIR is a framework that allows you to build desktop applications using web technologies. I thought it should be easy enough to use with GWT. And it was! With a few modifications to the GWT code to detect if it is using AIR and to allow configuring of the RPC host, the demo is now available as a desktop application!
