Senior Web UI Developer (Javascript / HTML5 Guru)

Contix, a Honolulu-based startup doing social media analytics, is looking for a senior front end developer who is passionate about Javascript, JQuery and HTML5. A successful applicant will have deep expertise in these areas and non-trivial examples of their work to show. This is not a developer-lite position. If you can engage in an in-depth debate about why Javascript does / doesn't need constructors and enjoy making the canvas component stand on its head, this job is for you. As an early stage startup, new developers will play a significant role in the engineering team and, as such, expectations are very high in terms of skill, motivation, self-organizing skills and productivity.
