Web Services Developer/ AS 400

My client is looking for a contract resource to build web services to access data to/from their AS/400 database. They are engaged in a proof of concept for a workflow product that the db will need to interface with, communication will be both read and write. The client is in Honolulu but more than likely the work can be done remotely. They would like to start and complete the project as soon as possible.
